Leighton Heritage!

It has been a year and a half since I posted anything on my blog but I just feel very inspired to start back up today.  I have spent the last year really trying to establish a look and style for my newborn photography that people will recognize the minute they see a portrait.  I want my newborn photography to have an elegance, a warm soft feel with an occasional burst of fun bright color.  This goal has only been possible with the help of several amazing women who I met through my hours and hours of shopping on etsy.com.  Their beautiful products have given texture, color & style to my work and I owe them a HUGE thank you!!!  I am going to spend the next few weeks highlighting some of the ladies that have given me the honor of working with them and photographing their beautiful props.

Wishing for a snow day!!!

We were hoping for a snow day so that daddy could stay home from work.... I even knit Levi a little hat in hopes of a snow day photo session. Well the snow didn't stick, daddy had to get up early and go to work but we decided to use the little hat for a quick photo session anyway!!!
